Q: John, why did you make a Fa-kwuh page if nobody has asked any questions?
A: Well, I figure that people deserve to know about this site and what goes into it.
Q: What goes into this site, John?
A: Blood and sweat, by the bucketful.
Q: John, what is the capital of Chile?
A: Oh that's easy, Santiago. Is that a frequently asked question?
A: Well it must be a FAQ somewhere in the world.
Q: How much do you pay Rick and Mark?
A: No comment.
Q: When did you first start making cartoons?
A: About a year and a half ago. I started toying with the ludicrous ideas in my head
and found the best way to express them was through the non-violent means of drawing.
Q: Who is your favorite Spice Girl?
A: Non-existent Spice.
Q: What kind of AAE merchandise is available to the huddled masses?
A: As soon as somebody gives me some money, maybe I'll send them something. Okay?!.
Q: How old are you, John?
A: Do you ask yo' mama her age? Some things are just plain rude.
Q: Where do you get the money to host this site? Domains are quite often
expensive...
A: The same way every hard working American man gets it, by mooching off my parents.
Q: Who are some of your Cartoonist influences?
A: Woh, quite the list. Mainly Bill Watterson and Gary Larson, and then there is John Myers (The Mr. Chuck Show), and Pete Abrams (Sluggy Freelance). I was also influenced
by Frank Miller (who makes the Sin City series of comic books) and by
Scott McCloud, famed writer of that profound and learned book: Understanding Comics. AND, just
because I'm naming names, I would like to mention Eastman and Laird who made the Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles (I grew up on these comics).
Some of these guys are recent influences, but still are important to mention.
Q: Do you have a photo out there for the folks to look at?
A: I would post it, but then I'd have to kill anyone who saw it.
Q: How come you don't ever use color in your comic?
A: ...Color?
Q: Is this page really a big waste of time for the readers out there?
A: No comment.
